- Developer’s Comment: According to our recent data, William was a legendary player with the lowest usage rate in PvP along with Garriott and MX83 Askeladd. His "Passion" skill once created synergy with the stone, "Metatron's Will", and turned him into a utility striker. However, this seemed to be the cause of making him useless in the current environment, and thus, we've balanced him to focus more on his identity. We hope to see his momentary deal potential go up with the increase in receiving pass effect and inflicted damage.

- Previously: Increases the attack power by 50% and critical rate by 50% with a shot or a steal.
- Changed to: Increases the Attack Power by 50% and critical rate by 50% for each target with a shot or a steal.
- Developer’s Comment: We haven't balanced William for a long time. He has a lot of pros, but we agree that his weak points have increased a lot in the current meta. Thus, we modified him to have more freedom in his settings.
- William's skills will be changed. The passive skill of William 5,6-Star will be changed from Endurance to Desperate. The passive skill for William after the Extreme Evolution will be changed to God of Fire's Rise from Desperate. God of Fire's Rise - Increases the attack power by 40% and decreases the inflicted damage by 40% when the HP is below 80%.
