Thus, we've added another condition to his second passive skill to make him more usable. June 12th 2019 Patch Notes Lucius's power will be downgraded while his technique and speed will be upgraded. We focused on maximizing the benefits that come with the additional turn proc and supplementing his slow Action Speed.
