1. Character[]

● New character “Elchitusa” (Whirlwind) has been added to the draw.​

- Skill Set (Evolved)
> (Ace) The Return of Quetzalcoatl: Increases the Attack Power by 40% and Penetration by 30% of Whirlwind players.
> (Active) Ancient Oath II: [Pass] Recovers the Action Bar of the designated target by 100%, and increases its Receiving Pass Effect by 30% and Penetration by 20%.
> (Passive 1) Guide of the Sun II: Increases the Attack Power by 10% and Critical Rate by 10% of the allies within the position for 10 min when an enemy team player becomes unable to move. (Accumulates up to 5 times)
> (Passive 2) Disturb: Decreases the enemy's Defense within the position by 40%.
> (Passive 3) Mindset: Increases the Pass Effect by 40% and decreases the incoming damage by 10%.

  • Developer’s Comment: We have a new line-passing assister for the Whirlwind side. We designed Elchitusa to be an assister that greatly increases the offensive capabilities of the Strikers on her team, which is different from the strength of Neraizel and Evylin. We hope that Elchitusa will help Whirlwind change its image of only having powerful defense.

● Extreme Evolution “Elua” (Light) has been added to the game. ​

- The Passive Skill “Purity” will be replaced with “Pure Faith” at Extreme Evolution. (Based on Lv. 5)
> Purity: Recovers 50% HP every 2 min.
> Pure Faith: Recovers 50% HP, 10% Action Bar, and 15% Spirit every 2 min. (The recovered Action Bar will not go over 80%)

  • Developer’s Comment: Her unchanging will was enough to rouse up the team spirit. To make her a viable option for the defense of the Light Side, we made a change that would help her overcome the issue with acquiring Spirit that she experiences as being a Long Passer. We hope this change would make her become in inspirational player.

● Extreme Evolution “Furion” (Whirlwind) has been added to the game.​

- The Active Skill “Critical Assassination III” has been redesigned to be a long-range shooting skill. (Evolved, based on Lv. 5)
> Previously: [Shoot] Increases Attack Power by 50% and Critical Rate by 40%.
> Changed to: [Long-range Shoot] Increases the Attack Power by 50% and Critical Rate by 40%.

- The Passive Skill “Beautiful Attack” has been redesigned. (Evolved, based on Lv. 5)
> Previously: Increases the Critical Damage of the next attack by 100% if the ball hits the line
> Changed to: Increases the Critical Damage by 50% with an attack.

- The Passive Skill “Shadow Shooter” will be replaced with “Unexpected Strike” at Extreme Evolution. (Based on Lv. 5)
> Shadow Shooter: Increases the Receiving Pass Effect by 30%.
> Unexpected Strike: Increases the Receiving Pass Effect by 50% and critical rate by 40%.

  • Developer’s Comment: Furion was a player with an interesting concept, but that was about it. We made his Active Skill more practical by changing it into a long-range shooting skill. Now having a long-range shoot in his arsenal, Furion will be able to threaten the enemy team’s defense with a combination of powerful line penetration and unexpected shots.

● New Premium Skins will be added to the game. You can take a look at the new skins by going to Shop > Skin.
- Grand Finale Milky Way, Biker Renee, Idol Kirin, Idol Isillia
- Grand Finale Milky Way is a Unique Skin that is more expensive than normal Premium Skins. Her voice will change when you equip this Skin.

● New Manager “Maboroshi” (Whirlwind) has been added to the game. ​

> (Active) Piercing Gaze: Instantly acquires 24,000 Gold.
> (Passive 1) Red String of Fate: Increases the chances of Teamwork question events to appear by 10%.

● The characters available in the Weekend Event Draw will be changed.

- The following characters will have a greatly increased chance of being drawn in the Weekend Event Draw during Feb. 24th - Feb. 26th.
> Renee (Ardor), Z088 Beta (Thunder), Elchitusa (Whirlwind), Isillia (Light), Ronald (Dark), Jin (Whirlwind, Legendary), Jibril (Light, Legendary)

- The following characters will have a greatly increased chance of being drawn in the Weekend Event Draw during Mar. 3rd - Mar. 5th.
> Kevin (Ardor), Z001 Veronica (Thunder), Kirin (Whirlwind), Elua (Light), Zibroi (Dark), Duke (Light, Legendary), Aiolos (Whirlwind, Legendary)​

2. Feature Improvement[]

● The Superb Boss Match against "Alice" (Dark) has been added to the game. Details will be available with an event notice. The difficulty has been increased compared to the previous Superb Match.

● The Boss/Minion Match against "Rasiel" (Light) has been added to the game. Details will be available with an event notice.

● "Jade Rakshasa" (Whirlwind) will now become a Classic Star and will be available from the Scout, Draw, Mileage (Stage 1), Classic Star Pick Ticket, and Classic Star Box.

● "Irene" (Ardor) will now appear in the Scout.

● The Managers "AU27 Vanilla" (Thunder) and "Samiel" (Dark) will now appear in the Scout.

● The schedule of the Galaxy Super League Season will change temporarily.

- Because of the reform issue of the Galaxy Super League, the Preseason of this season will become 3 weeks (extended by 1 week) and the Regular Season will become 5 weeks (shortened by 1 week). After this season, the schedule will be reverted to normal. (Preseason being 2 weeks and Regular Season being 6 weeks)

> Previous Schedule:
- Preseason: Feb 12th - Feb. 25th
- Regular Season: Feb. 26th - Apr. 8th
> Temporary Schedule
- Preseason: Feb. 12th - Mar. 4th

3. Balancing[]

● “Presty” (Dark) will be balanced. Based on clause 3-1 of the Recall Policy, Legendary and Special Players are not subject for recall.

- The effect value of the Active Skill “Clockwork of Purification I” will be slightly lowered. (Evolved, based on Lv. 5)
> Clockwork of Purification: [Shield] Removes the active debuff effects on you when you get attacked and recovers [30% > 25%] of the lost HP first for 10 min. (Activates 2 times)

- The duration of the Passive Skill “Clockwork of Binding” will be slightly lowered. (Evolved, based on Lv. 5)
> Clockwork of Binding: When receiving a shot, paralyzes and decreases the enemy shooter's Critical Rate by 40% with a 100% chance for [4 min. > 3 min.]

  • Developer’s Comment: This little lady’s control was on a different level. We lowered some of her effect values to not make the game too loose. We apologize for any inconveniences this change may bring.

● “Irre” (Whirlwind) will be balanced.

- The effect of the Active Skill “Whirlwind Wall” will be changed. (Extreme Evolved, based on Lv. 5)
> Previously: [Block] Increases Critical Resistance against shots by 80% when used
> Changed to: [Block] Decreases the damage coming from enemy shots by 60%.

- The Passive Skill “Fearless” will be changed to “Silent Winds I” and will become “Silent Winds II” at Extreme Evolution. (Evolved, based on Lv. 5)
> Previously: Increases Critical Resistance by 40%.
> Changed to: Increases the MAX HP by 30% and Critical Resistance by 35%.

- The Passive Skill “Strength” will be changed to “Gentle Breeze”. (Evolved, based on Lv. 5)
> Previously: Increases the MAX HP by 30%.
> Changed to: Increases the Defense by 15% for 8 min. when an enemy within the position makes a move. (Accumulates up to 4 times)

- The effect value of the Passive Skill “Covering Winds” will be slightly increased. (Evolved, based on Lv. 5)
> Covering Winds: Increases the Critical Resistance by [40% > 55%] and recovers 15% HP in advance with a 60% chance when being attacked with a shoot.

- The Extreme Evolution Passive Skill “Whirlwind Protection” will be redesigned. (Based on Lv. 5)
> Previously: Increases the Critical Resistance by 80% and recovers 30% HP in advance with a 60% chance when being attacked with a shoot.
> Changed to: Increases the Critical Resistance by 60% and recovers 20% HP first when being shot at.

  • Developer’s Comment: Irre was a player with an interesting concept, but that was all there was to her. With this update, we expect her to become a viable goal keeper.

● “Kei” (Light) will be balanced.

- The Passive Skill “Never Die II” will be enhanced. (Evolved, based on Lv. 5)
> Never Die II: Incoming damage is reduced by 40% and Defense is increased by [20% > 40%] when HP is below 60%.

- The Extreme Evolution Passive Skill “Great Wall” will be redesigned. (Based on Lv. 5)
> Previously: Increases the Critical Resistance by 20% and reduces the incoming damage by 15% for 10 min. when attacked. (Accumulates up to 3 times)
> Changed to: Increases the Critical Resistance by 12% and decreases the incoming damage by 10% for each ally within the position that receives an attack for 10 min. (Accumulates up to 6 times)

  • Developer’s Comment: A Kei with fully stacked Great Wall was very sturdy, but it was very hard to stack up all of the stacks. We expect people to experience the full potential that Kei has with this change.

Isillia (Light) will be balanced.

- The Extreme Evolution Passive Skill “Blooming Lights” will be enhanced. (Based on Lv. 5)
> Previously: Recovers 15% HP in advance when being attacked, and has 40% more Critical Resistance.
> Changed to: Recovers 20% HP first when being attacked, and increases the Critical Resistance by 40% and decreases the incoming damage by 20%.

  • Developer’s Comment: Isillia is a good goal keeper, but she’s falling short from the meta game. We enhanced her so she can be a viable pick in the current meta.

● “Ronald” (Dark) will be balanced.

- The Passive Skill Desperate will be changed to “Never Die”. (Based on Lv. 5)
> Previously: Incoming damage is reduced by 35% and Attack Power is increased by 15% when HP is below 60%.
> Changed to: Incoming damage is reduced by 35% and Defense is increased by 20% when HP is below 60%.

- The Extreme Evolution Passive Skill “Ultimate Tank” will be redesigned. (Based on Lv. 5)
> Ultimate Tank: Increases the Critical Resistance by 40% and MAX HP by [20% > 40%] and receives 15% less damage.

  • Developer’s Comment: We made some modifications and increased his MAX HP to make him more suitable for the goal keeper role.

● “Zibroi” (Dark) will be balanced.

- The number of activations for the Active Skill “Wind and Cloud III” will be increased. (Extreme Evolved, based on Lv. 5)
> Wind and Cloud III: [Shield] Increases Critical Resistance by 60% when attacked for 20 min (Activates [2 > 3] times)

- The Extreme Evolution Passive Skill “Pride of the Blessed” will be enhanced. (Based on Lv. 5)
> Previously: Increases the MAX HP by 40% and reduces the incoming damage by 30%.
> Changed to: Increases the MAX HP by 40% and Critical Damage Resistance by 20%, and decreases the incoming damage by 30%.

  • Developer’s Comment: Zibroi is a decent goal keeper when used in conditions where there are no limits to recovery, but even then it’s hard to consider him as a good goal keeper. We’re attempting to increase his charm by enhancing his strength.

4. Bug Fixes[]

● Fixed the typos found at the Teamwork content.

● Retrieved the Mileage Points acquired from the Draw error.
- The Mileage Points acquired on Feb. 1st during 11pm - 11:12pm PST will be retrieved from the Mileage Points currently possessed. If the retrieved Mileage Points are greater than the currently possessed Mileage Points, the Mileage Points will have a negative value after the retrieval.
